PDFs, text, Markdown and other files you upload to the app. These files are processed only within your private notebooks.

In-app interactions, session durations, and feature usage statistics. This data is collected anonymously.

Device Information

Operating system version, device model, and app version. Used for technical support and compatibility.

Audio Data

When you use the voice note feature, your microphone is accessed only during processing. Audio recordings are not stored on our servers; transcription occurs on-device or over an encrypted connection.

Service Delivery

To provide core app features including notebook creation, source analysis, summary and flashcard generation.

Account Management

To manage login, cross-device sync and account security.

Product Improvement

Anonymous usage data helps us understand which features are most useful. Your personal content is never used for this purpose.

We may send emails for account notifications, security alerts and important service updates. Marketing emails are sent only with your explicit consent.

When you delete your account, all personal data and uploaded content are permanently deleted within 30 days.

After a deletion request, your data is removed from backup systems within 90 days.

You can delete your account and all associated data from app settings or via email.

Age Restriction

Focus AI is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 13. If we discover we have collected data from a user under 13, we will delete it immediately.

All data is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.3 and at rest with AES-256.

Your data is accessible only to authorized personnel when necessary for service delivery.
